It feels very nice to have a drive for pace once more (the attractive climate is de facto serving to). Andrew joined me on his bike, and after a 3-mile warm-up, I did a 2-mile phase I’ve most likely achieved 100 instances. It. Damage. So. Unhealthy. The primary mile of the phase is downhill, then the second is uphill, then flat.
