How are you guys? Are you feeling the entire motivation to run after the final two weekends of races? Sabastian Sawe and Yomif Kejelcha dipped below 2 hours, and Tigst Assefa set a brand new world report for the ladies in London! Between watching so many unimaginable athletes, making it via one other winter, and the entire inexperienced landscapes, I’m able to get out and run in the present day.
