  • 1 jar of inexperienced olives, pitted (5.6oz and about 34 olives)
  • 2 baggage Quest Pizza Protein Chips
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 2 tbsp gluten free flour
  • 4oz cheddar cheese

Methodology
